Windsor Hills is a safe resort with 24-hour on-duty security. You must be a registered guest to enter! (Exceptions for Uber, Lyft, and food delivery)
While here enjoy a refreshing swim in the community pool sparkling with 140,000 gallons of clear blue water! The kids will love the community's huge colorful water park! The community large 10 person hot tub is the perfect place to relax! **Resort amenities are limited to registered guests only**

The resort has tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball courts, a putting green, and a dog park.
Multiple playgrounds are found throughout Windsor Hills. A good place to take the kids to burn some extra energy.
At the clubhouse you will find a game room area with pool tables, ping pong, and arcade games
Also at the clubhouse is a theater room. Go to the clubhouse to reserve your own theater. Or, go to the theater during regularly scheduled showtimes and enjoy a movie with others from the community.
The clubhouse also features a gym with all you need to burn off those vacation calories and keep up your training while you are away from home.
If you worked up an appetite with all your swimming, playing games, or working out the clubhouse features the Windsor Hills Marketplace and Grill. Enjoy fresh food and beverages. They also have items for sale you may have forgotten and items for the pool.
Windsor Hills now offers electric charging stations. Currently there are six stations. There is an additional fee to charge your vehicle at these stations. They are located next to the dog park and near the tennis courts and oversized vehicle parking lot.
