If you want an instant quote just put in your dates below and you will see it appear. My response and/or quote with booking instructions will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if you are not seeing anything. I will always respond within 24 hours (and usually much faster!)

We do have restrictions as this is a secure gated community with HOA rules so we want to make sure everyone understands the rules before you pay any money. The rental agreement, total amount of occupants, and list of names of all renters over the age of 18 must be signed and provided prior to arrival or booking will be cancelled.

Some things to know before you book:

- Must be 25 years of age or older to book.

- Anyone who drives in the community must have a valid driver's license or they will not be allowed entrance into the community.

-Anyone who comes into the community must be disclosed in advance. Adults must have their name added to the security guard's registry.

- A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed. You must disclose how many vehicles you will be bringing and who the driver of the vehicle will be.

- Absolutely no parties.

- Absolutely no smoking/vaping indoors or on the lanai. All smoking/vaping must be on the sidewalk by the street.

- Maximum occupancy is 8. This includes both day and overnight guests.

- No unauthorized pets.

- Community quiet hours are 11:00PM to 7:00AM.

- Only registered guests of the Tiki Room will have access to the community amenities.

Failure to comply with these rules may subject you to loss of deposit and/or eviction.

At the Tiki Room we accept credit card payments using Stripe. This is a secure server and I will never have access to your credit card number or CVV code. All major credit cards accepted. NO credit card fees!
